Journey to China

This blog documents the Spitlers' progress towards the adoption of Xia Ping He (Noah Spitler) from the PR China. It also documents Noah's medical process in pursuit of a total repair to his CHD (congenital heart defect).

Flying

We just boarded our first flight (Atlanta-Chicago), which is on-time.
Although check-in and security were slightly nerve-wracking, the girls did
a great job and we walked up to the gate and straight onto the plane.
A big thanks to Uncle Clay and Aunt Stacey for hosting us last night and
for dropping us off at the airport. We're excited to be going, as
indicated by Olivia's quote this morning, "I'm hungry, but I don't think I
can eat much, Dad; my stomach has butterflies!"

I just read your blog, and all I can say is "WOW". I am soo happy for all of you, but especially Noah. It won't take this little boy long to realize what a special family God has given him. I've been thinking about you guys all day and will continue to think about yall and pray for you throughout your journey. Keep us posted, if you can.
