Journey to China

This blog documents the Spitlers' progress towards the adoption of Xia Ping He (Noah Spitler) from the PR China. It also documents Noah's medical process in pursuit of a total repair to his CHD (congenital heart defect).

MRI "Good"

All we know (tonight) about the MRI came from the cardio-vascular surgeon who said "It looked good, and we didn't see anything that looked like pockets of deep infection."

We expect them to simply treat the site on his chest that is red and infected.

This is good news. Thanks for your prayers. Good night,

Adam (& Robin)

Good morning, I am Andrew Austin's grandmother (Emily's mom). I want to let you know I have been following Noah's jorney, sometimes with tears in my eyes, and I am keeping you all in my daily thoughts and prayers with a special prayer that Noah will have a complete recovery. I so often think of Noah singing at kindergarten graduation...He is so cute!

May the peace of the Lord be with you all.

Praise the Lord! That is good news that we love to hear. We will keep praying. Noah's a TOUGH little man. Tell him Alan asked last night if he would be back in time to start school :-). Tell him Alan misses him and can't wait to see him. Take care, the Hendrix family

So glad to hear the infection is from the external wound!!! Now, to heal & get into a regular room! Give Noah the biggest squeeze you can from us! And we are not surprised at all at how strong Robin is, we've seen her in action!!
Praise God for you & what a blessing you are to Noah!!
